We have just investigated this issue. Due to the limitations of the Chrome browser, we cannot simultaneously record both the microphone and system audio.

If you want to record the audio from a browser tab, you need to turn on the "Share audio" option when you select the tab.

When you are recording the entire screen, remember to turn on "Share system audio".

If you only want to record audio from your microphone, you will need to make sure both of the options above are turned off.

We plan to resolve this issue in the future with a browser extension that will enable the simultaneous recording of system and microphone audio.
