I am experiencing several issues with Poindeo’s Subtitle > Auto Recognition feature and video export.

For a Korean video under five minutes, I selected Korean as the recognition language, but the process stopped with this error:

No subtitles recognized

The model could not extract content from the video. Try switching the recognition language.

When recognition completes, the generated subtitles often differ significantly from the actual Korean speech. In some cases, the meaning changes completely or subtitles contain content that was not spoken.

Although the project is set to a 9:16 vertical frame, the exported video is automatically changed to 16:9 landscape and exported with the video rotated by 90 degrees.

I have attached relevant screenshots. Please investigate the cause and let me know how these issues can be resolved.
